April 29, 2019

Waukee CabinetWorks offers products and designs that stay within budget, yet doesn't skip out on style. Sometimes even the smallest things in a kitchen design can end up costing you a lot of money. We make sure that you stay in your budget, yet still, receive the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams.

When you work with our designers, they will provide you with designs and color renderings of your kitchen, so you know exactly what you are receiving. The drawings below are all of the same 12'x12' kitchen but are each designed differently depending on price points. The prices that are listed are estimates and do not include demolition or installation.

This first design is one of our more basic designs. Something like this would cost around $9,000. It would include wall cabinets that are 30" tall. It has hardly any decorative features, so no crown molding or bottom molding. It also does not have any accessories, but it does include skins, a toe kick, touch-up kit, quarter round molding or a scribe for installation.

The cost of this kitchen does include decorative hardware, laminate countertops, fixtures and appliances. Here is the final breakdown of this design:

This design does have a backsplash, which is a step-up from the basic design. It also includes decorative hardware, stock granite countertops, fixtures and appliances. Here is a breakdown of this design:

This kitchen design costs approximately $36,000. You will notice that this kitchen includes many of the same features as the intermediate kitchen, but just at a higher value. These designs, however, can give you a general idea of how much your project will cost. The best way to get an actual estimate is by scheduling an appointment with one of our experienced designers. They can help you bring your vision of the perfect kitchen to life.
