The Key to Receiving the Cabinets of Your Dreams

Waukee CabinetWorks' design team is eager to help you get started with your project. We invite you to contact us today to make an appointment with one of our designers. Here are a few steps for you to take to get started on your dream project.

Tell Us What Your Heart Desires

You dream about your space. Help us envision what you are seeing. Begin with an idea of the appliances you might like to have. Next, think about how you want your new space to feel—well-organized, warm and cozy, dramatic or understated. Gathering photos of rooms, colors and cabinetry you like will help communicate your ideas. Tell us what your heart desires, and we will work together to make it happen. Our Waukee cabinet designers are ready to help you get started.

Measure Your Space and Select Your Appliances

If your home is a new build, bring your final blueprints, or ask your architect or home designer to provide us with a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) file. If your project is a remodel, a Waukee CabinetWorks designer will come to your home and measure the space.

If your project includes kitchen cabinetry, you will need to bring your appliance specifications. This includes the manufacturers' specification sheets for your final appliance selections. These sheets are supplied by your appliance dealer or builder and will contain the information your designer needs to ensure that your appliances will fit properly into your design.Your final appliance selections are necessary, so your designer can provide you with firm quotes and design layouts. After all, appliance choices have a dramatic impact on cabinetry design!

After we receive this critical information, we can begin the process of:

  • Designing your space

  • Making selections

  • Finalizing your order

  • Beginning the fabrication process for cabinetry made especially for you!
